He shot an unarmed man in the Kyiv region: the National Police announced suspicion to the Russian military

In March 2022, during the occupation of the Kyiv region, a Russian serviceman shot a 60-year-old resident of the village of Kazarovichi with a firearm. The man took care of the household and had no weapons.

The victim survived, a neighbor who had medical training provided first aid.

In the course of an investigative experiment with the participation of one of the prisoners of war, it was possible to establish the identity of the occupier who committed the crime. He turned out to be a 25-year-old corporal, gunner-operator of the 4th assault company of the 3rd separate DSHB of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

The pre-trial investigation of other soldiers of his company, including the prisoners, is ongoing.
