10 dead and 35 wounded as a result of Kharkiv shelling by russian troops

On April 15, 2022, at about 4:30 p.m., russian troops fired “Uragan” multiple launch rocket systems at the Industrial District of Kharkiv. As a result of shelling, 10 civilians were killed, among them a 7-month-old child. Residential buildings are damaged and destroyed. A pre-trial investigation has been launched on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder.
