The most cases of torture were found in Kharkiv (25), Zaporizhzhia (18), Kherson (11) and Donetsk (10) regions.
In addition, it is known that no less than 19 torture centers operate on the territory of Russia.
Almost 90% of Ukrainians who were in Russian captivity were subjected to torture or other forms of violence by the occupiers.
