Vovchansk suffers the most from shelling. During the day, 6 residential buildings, shops and trade kiosks, an industrial enterprise and the administrative building of Ukrtelecom were damaged there.

In Kupyansk, Dvurechna and the surrounding villages, private and multi-apartment residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged. In the village of Monachinovka, the building of the village club was destroyed. There were no previous casualties.
