Around 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the Russians fired a Grom-E1 airborne guided missile into the city — it hit the 5th floor. A total of 4 houses were damaged by the impact.
Rescuers managed to pull out a 13-year-old girl from under the rubble - she was not physically injured. Five wounded are receiving medical assistance: 1 person is in serious condition, three are in moderate condition.
Victims: 2 killed, 5 wounded.
