Kherson
Mostly veterans of the ATO and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, pro-Ukrainian activists and journalists disappear. Only 70 people out of 250 were subsequently released from Russian captivity. Their relatives do not know about the fate of the rest of the missing or detained.
According to some reports, Kherson residents detained by the russians are being tortured.
Victims: 250 illegally detained civilians.
