Russian troops are shelling residential areas.
Russian troops have been shelling peaceful neighborhoods for the fifth day in a row. There are 300 wounded in hospitals. Also, the Russian military damaged the infrastructure of the city, leaving civilians for the fifth day without electricity, heat and water.
