Ukrainian law enforcement officers have completed the investigation against Romanov Mikhail Sergeevich, a serviceman of military unit 8954, Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation. During the occupation of one of the villages in the Brovarsky district, this drunken war criminal broke into the house of a young Ukrainian family, killed an unarmed husband and, threatening to be shot, raped the wife of the murdered man together with another accomplice.
Victims: 1 killed, 1 raped;
