During the day, the Russian army carried out strikes on the settlements of four districts of the Kharkov region - Chuguevsky, Kharkov, Kupyansky and Izyumsky districts. This was announced on December 3 in Telegram by the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov.

According to him, the second floor of a residential building caught fire in the Lipetsk community from the shelling of the Russian Federation. After midnight in Kupyansk, as a result of a rocket strike by the invaders, buildings were damaged, windows were broken in houses, and a garage was destroyed, the report said.
