Sievierodonetsk, Luhansk region
Russian troops disabled a 110 kV power line that connected the cities of the Luhansk region.
As a result, Sievierodonetsk is completely de-energized, pumping stations are turned off, and there is no water supply. Energy specialists from the Luhansk region and regional power grids cannot promptly carry out repairs, since the day before, 5 units of special repair equipment were destroyed by Russian shelling.
