Kharkiv region
Russian troops used the "Agriculture" remote mining engineering system in the Kharkiv region. This system allows uncontrolled creation of minefields over large areas, carrying out launches from a distance of 5 to 15 km. These actions of the russian military directly violate the Protocol on the prohibition of the use of mines and booby-traps to the Geneva Conventions of 08.12.1949, concerning the protection of victims of international armed conflicts.
