Death of a civilian as a result of Russian military shelling of Volchansk

On October 1, at about 11:00, the Russian military once again shelled the city of Volchansk. The city's central square was under attack. According to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out from artillery.

A 63-year-old local resident was leaving on a bicycle at that time, and the victim died on the spot from his injuries.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with police investigators, take all measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the armed forces of the aggressor state.
