As a result of shelling by Russian troops on March 19, about 30 civilian facilities were destroyed in Rubizhne and Sievierodonetsk, of which 24 were houses of civilians. In particular, 12 multi-apartment and 12 private residential buildings, an educational institution in Rubizhne, warehouses, utility buildings, and infrastructure facilities.

Victims: three people died, two of them children; two (one child) were wounded. The information is being specified.
