Two powerful explosions thundered in the city at about one in the morning. According to preliminary data, rocket arrivals were in residential areas: about 60 private houses, several high-rise buildings, a market and several passenger buses were damaged. Rescuers are clearing the rubble.
Victims: 3 killed, including one child, 5 wounded, incl. 12 year old girl.
