During the day on November 4, as a result of shelling by Russians of settlements in the Donetsk region, three civilians were killed, eight more were injured. This was announced by the head of the regional military administration Pavel Kirilenko. Two civilians were killed in Bakhmut and one in the village of Druzhba.
