One of the shells hit a two-story residential building in the Osnovyansky district of the city, the house was completely destroyed. The owner is injured. The blast damaged neighboring houses.

Also under fire was a university in the Kievsky district of the city. Details of damage and casualties are being clarified.

Victims: at least 1 wounded, to be confirmed.
