The US Ministry of Justice opened a case against Russian military personnel Suren Mkrtchyan, Dmytro Budnyk, as well as two servicemen, identified only by their names - Valery and Nazar.
The occupiers were accused of abducting and torturing an American in the Kherson region. According to the Ministry of Justice, four occupiers kidnapped an American citizen from his home in the village of Mylovo, Kherson region, beat and tortured him for 10 days in April 2022.
Victims: 1 injured.
