In March, during the occupation of one of the villages in Brovarsky district of Kyiv region, the suspect together with a russian serviceman broke into a private house.
On his order, all the civilians present except for one woman were locked in the basement. She was raped. Later together with colleagues, they entered another house where another victim lived. Under threats, they took turns raping the woman.
The serviceman was informed in absentia of suspicion under Articles 438 (“violation of the rules and customs of war”), 28 (“commission of a criminal offense by a group of persons”), 32 (“repetition of criminal offenses”) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Victims: 2 women raped
