In Kyiv region police found the body of a civilian brutally murdered by RFA

A resident of Horinka told law enforcement officers about the barely covered body of an unknown man in a forest belt between the villages of Horinka and Moshchun. The victim was wearing black sweatpants, a light-colored T-shirt, blue underwear and black socks.
A civilian was tortured and killed by the Russian military: the eyes and legs of the victim were wrapped with adhesive tape, their hands were tied with a construction collar.
Victims: 1 killed
