In Luhansk region, russian troops almost totally destroyed comuunication infrastructure: 123,000 families are left without electricity, 74,000 - without gas

The regional center - Severodonetsk is left without electricity, water, heating, many areas without gas. Residents of the region cook food in their yards on fires: almost 74,000 households were left without gas in the region, 28 settlements completely, 5 - partially.

123,000 consumers are left without electricity, 36 settlements are de-energized, including Lisichansk, Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, Kreminna, Popasna.

Severodonetsk and partially Lisichansk have no heating supply completely. Rubizhne, Popasna, Severodonetsk have no water. There is no stable mobile communication in the region.
