The shelling of the base of the evacuation detachment of the Ukrainian Red Cross in Slavyansk was carried out from barrel artillery with 152-mm shells. The Russians must have known where they were shooting, the ICRC says.
The building was destroyed, three cars were damaged. Fortunately, none of the volunteers were hurt.
