Vovchansk survived enemy shelling twice a day. As a result of the morning shelling, the vet clinic building and the utility building were damaged. Around midnight, the Russians destroyed an apartment building.

A civilian enterprise was damaged by a missile strike in Balaklia. In the village of Novy Korotych, two hangars were damaged by S-300 missiles. In the village of Podyla, an outbuilding and 2 cars were on fire.
