In the morning, Russian militants destroyed a kindergarten in Kherson, there were wounded

At about 4.00 am on August 23, the Russian military launched another large-scale attack on the city of Kherson: a controlled aerial bomb destroyed the building of a kindergarten, and nearby apartment buildings fell into the affected area.

The occupiers also attacked the central part of the city with artillery. Homes, shops, power lines and gas pipelines were damaged.

Five local residents were injured.
