One of the rockets hit the building of the educational institution, the explosion also damaged neighboring residential buildings.

The rescuers conducted an examination of the surrounding buildings, in one of which they found a man locked in his apartment. Employees of the State Emergency Service unlocked the entrance door, mutilated by the blast wave.

Fortunately, there are no victims or victims.
