Starting at five in the morning, the Rashists launched massive rocket attacks on the energy infrastructure of Kharkiv and the region.
Previously, the shelling was conducted using S-300 class missiles.
Objects of residential infrastructure, administrative buildings are also affected.
As of this morning, about 240,000 subscribers in Kharkiv Oblast remained without electricity.
