In the morning, the enemy delivered a massive attack on Kharkiv's energy infrastructure. 5 electrical substations were destroyed. Several rockets flew at each of them. About 700,000 consumers remained without electricity.
A 43-year-old employee of one of the infrastructure facilities was injured.
Victims: 1 wounded, to be specified.
