Kherson Under Heavy Shelling All Day — Dead and Injured Reported

In the morning, the city was attacked by Russian drones. A 68-year-old woman was killed, and a 59-year-old man was wounded.

In the afternoon, artillery shelling injured an 82-year-old woman and three men aged 42, 56, and 59. A 55-year-old woman was killed.

An ambulance crew that arrived to assist the wounded was also affected. A 33-year-old paramedic and a 63-year-old ambulance driver were hospitalized with concussions and blast injuries.

Civilian infrastructure sustained damage, and parts of the city lost electricity. Trolleybus service in the city has been suspended.

One of the strikes targeted Kherson’s railway station and surrounding infrastructure. Windows were shattered in the station building, and power and water supply cables were damaged. A carriage of train No. 110 Kherson–Lviv was also hit.

Casualties: 2 killed, 7 injured (subject to clarification).
