In March 2022, during the occupation of one of the settlements in the Chernihiv region, the commander of a unit of the RF Armed Forces repeatedly tried to rape a 16-year-old girl, hit her on the head with a weapon, choked her, threatened to kill her relatives and hand over the victim to other invaders for rape. Russian soldiers in frosty weather repeatedly beat the girl's brother and kept him in handcuffs without outerwear in the courtyard of the house.
Victims: 2 civilians subjected to violence and torture;
