On the night of March 3, Russian troops shelled area nearby RTI plant in the city of Lisichansk. Massive damage to residential buildings located near the Lugansk Regional Hospital, two ambulances damaged as well.

Reading this was honestly quite unsettling. The detail about the shelling occurring near a hospital in Lisichansk really stood out to me, especially considering hospitals are supposed to be places of safety during crises. It’s hard to imagine what it must feel like for patients and medical staff who are already in a vulnerable situation and then have to deal with nearby explosions or damage. Stories like this highlight how civilians and basic services are often caught in the middle of conflicts.
