Looting is officially allowed in Russia

The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation decriminalized article 266, which established liability for looting. Accordingly, the soldiers of the Russian Federation will not incur any punishment for looting shops and residential buildings of Ukrainians and continue to send home everything they have taken away from the people they killed.
