Luhansk region: russians hit houses and civilians

During the day, April 14, russian troops fired 24 times at the houses and infrastructure of the Luhansk region. The fire was directed at residential areas and infrastructure facilities. 12 houses, technical and industrial structures were destroyed and damaged.

Victims: two people were killed, two others were injured
