Russian troops are constantly violating the “silence regime”, disrupting the evacuation of civilians along pre-agreed “green corridors”. On April 3, for this reason, the evacuation from Hirske, Severodonetsk district, Luhansk region, was disrupted. On April 4, starting at 1.20 am, russian army launched non-stop airstrikes and heavy artillery strikes on the Hirske UTC and Popasnyansky district of Luhansk region, disrupting the evacuation of citizens.
