From the temporarily occupied Kherson, information is received about the torture of local residents by the Russian military, including the occupiers torturing a 72-year-old man with a hot iron, then took him away in an unknown direction.
“There is information coming from the temporarily occupied Kherson about the torture of local residents by the Russian military and representatives of the power structures of the Russian Federation. So, Russian servicemen came to the apartment of a 72-year-old man, looked for weapons and documents for housing, tortured him with a hot iron and shot over the ear of the owner, then he was taken away in an unknown direction, ”the Kherson region police said in a statement.
