On Wednesday, November 30, Russian troops fired on energy workers working on the restoration of a line for supplying water to Mykolaiv. No casualties have been avoided, but repairs cannot be continued due to the constant threat of Russian shelling.
A critical situation in the regional center developed almost immediately after the beginning of the Russian invasion, when the invaders damaged the Dnieper-Mykolaiv water conduit, through which water was supplied from the Dnieper River to the city.
