In Kherson, captured by russian troops, the so-called "military commandant of the region" V. Bedrik ordered public utilities and condominiums to provide lists of apartments, the owners of which left the city.
The occupying authorities will dispose the illegally seized housing in this way at their own discretion "for transferring to temporary migrants."
