During the day, the Russians massively shelled Volchansk, Chuguevsky district. Private residential buildings, civil industry enterprises, a library, trade pavilions of the market were damaged in the city. A 60-year-old man died, was injured and a woman was hospitalized.

In the evening, the invaders hit the village of Kovsharovka, Kupyansky district, with a guided aerial bomb. A hit was recorded on the territory of a local stadium. The fence was damaged and the blast knocked out windows in neighboring houses. No casualties.
