Regional military administrations have collected updated data on civilian casualties from Russian missile strikes on Ukrainian cities on October 10. The occupiers no longer justify their atrocities by the presence of mythical "NATO bases", strikes are openly and deliberately delivered against the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.
