Up to 20 thousand people remain in occupation. Hospitals and schools were destroyed, almost 80% of high-rise buildings, there is also a lot of destruction in the residential area. People of all ages remain in Izyum, including children. Russian troops do not coordinate the delivery of humanitarian aid and prevent residents from living.
