In the basement, the detainees were beaten and tortured with electric shocks for refusing to cooperate with the occupiers. Law enforcement officers seized the means that the Russians used for torture. Traces of the victims' blood were found on the floor.
“Even in the detention center, they found a whole train with stolen household appliances, which the occupiers were going to take with them,” added the head of the Kherson regional police department, Yaroslav Yanushevich.
