These are targeted terrorist attacks on institutions that provide assistance to people. This was announced by the head of the Kherson OVA Yaroslav Yanushevich. “Yesterday, the enemy hit two medical facilities in Kherson.

The invaders attacked the territory of the Kherson Regional Clinical Hospital. The regional psychiatric institution was also attacked - the doctor's office, part of the roof and the heating system were destroyed. Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of these enemy attacks.”
