Russian rockets were aimed at critical infrastructure facilities in Rivne, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Kryvyi Rih, Poltava and Kyiv regions, Kremenchutsk district of Dnipropetrovsk region, Chuguev district of Kharkiv region and Kovel district of Volyn region.
As a result of missile attacks, Zhytomyr was completely without electricity. Electricity supply to Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi was partially stopped. An emergency blackout was introduced in many regions.
