Residents of Lysychansk, Novodruzhesk and Privolye left without water due to russian shelling

Russian troops continue to strike at important infrastructure facilities in Ukrainian cities. On April 23, due to russian shelling, the center of Lysychansk, Novodruzhesk and Privolye were left without water. This happened as a result of a russian projectile hitting a transformer substation that fed the region's pumping stations.
