RFA dropped prohibited delayed-action mines on the area of two-storey residential buildings

In Kharkiv, russian troops dropped delayed-action mines, prohibited by the Ottawa Treaty. 163 states have joined the treaty. Russia is not among them.

Plastic anti-tank mines PTM-1 are triggered with a delay from 3 to 40 hours.

Mines lie in the yards of residential buildings. They are cleared by Ukrainian rescuers and sappers.
