During the day, russian troops opened fire 15 times on residential areas and infrastructure of Luhansk region. As a result of enemy attacks, multistorey buildings, a school, a cultural center, and a hotel were destroyed and damaged in a number of settlements, also as Sievierodonetsk was left without a gas supply.
