Rivne
At 5:20 am, Russian army blew up a radio and TV tower and a hardware complex in Rivne with two missiles. According to preliminary data, people remained under the rubble. Broadcast radio and TV signal became impossible. Rescue work continued at the site.
Victims: 9 people were killed, 9 were injured
