Russian service members kidnap children in Rubizhne and force their mothers to tell them about the AFU positions. According to the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, in case of refusal, they threaten to shoot the kids:
"The occupiers kidnap children, and then they force mothers to go to the positions of the Ukrainian military under the auspices of the fact that they need humanitarian aid. Take some humanitarian kits or just food, then go back and tell how the positions of the Ukrainian defenders are arranged. If the women do not do that, they threaten to shoot the children."
