russian army shelled Rubizhne in Lugansk oblast all night. At least 27 houses and entire streets were damaged. At least 5 more fires occurred in Popasna, one in Severodonetsk. People have nowhere to live, and they cannot leave because of the ongoing shelling of evacuation columns.
