As a result of russian shelling, power lines in the Toretsk region were damaged, which led to the shutdown of NPC Ukrenergo substations in the region.
Kramatorsk, Slovyansk, Konstantinovka, Druzhkovka, Bakhmut - all the largest cities in the free territory of Donbass were left without electricity.
Restoring power supply is difficult due to ongoing shelling.
