Russians are kidnapping Ukrainian children and are already preparing changes to their legislation to make the adoption process more accessible. More than 121,000 children were forcibly taken to Russia, according to various sources. These are orphans, children who have been separated from their parents. Some children were taken from Mariupol to occupied Donetsk and then to Taganrog, Russia. The State Duma of Russia is already looking for formal changes in its legislation to give Ukrainian children to the families of the occupiers as soon as possible. According to Liudmyla Denisova, such actions are a gross violation of Art. 7 of the UN Convention on the Child's Rights.
