Russian army shelled residential areas of Mykolaiv with «Grad» multiple rocket launcher

According to the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Hanna Zamazieieva, the attack took place on the afternoon of April 15th. Residential areas of the city, where there are no military installations, came under shelling. Civilians have been hurt. Medics, police officers, the State Emergency Service and Red Cross volunteers provide assistance to residents of Mykolaiv who have come under shelling.

Victims: preliminary 4 people were wounded, information is being specified.
